A woman from the Central Coast has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of her two-year-old daughter.
Donna Deaves was due to stand trial for murder this week but pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the Supreme Court this morning.
Her daughter, Tanilla Warwick-Deaves was found with several injuries at a house in Watanobbi on the Central Coast two years ago.
The toddler later died in hospital.
The court heard Deaves did not inflict the fatal injuries but was guilty of manslaughter because she didn’t get medical assistance for the young girl.
