SOLID WEEKEND RAIN BUT THE BIG DRY RETURNS

Sadly the rain bearing system has cleared all too quickly and the nation returns to sunny skies. The monsoon season seems to building better and a weak trough is passing the SE causing some cloud there.
There’ll be some follow up falls on the coast in the form of showers and storms tomorrow now that the southerly winds have settled in and a small shallow low will form just off the coast. The mid latitudes return quickly to an all familiar scene of large, blocking highs regaining control of our weather which will keep the interior hot and dry in the coming days.
So tomorrow, isolated showers and storms developing over the ranges affecting areas east of the Divide. West of the dry weather will settle back in.
