Andrew Dodt has finished best of our Hunter golfers in a tie for fifth, following the final round of the Victorian PGA Championship but it could have been a whole lot better.
On several occasions, Dodt’s putter let him down, as he carded four bogeys in his round of 71.
Charlestown’s Jake Higginbottom started his round with an impressive run of four straight birdies.
But three bogeys and a double on the fifth cruelled his chances of victory, finishing eight shots off top spot.
