Barely three weeks after the AFL Grand Final, the Gold Coast Suns have resumed pre-season training.
At most clubs there would be a few new players to check out but at the Suns, most of the new faces are in the coaching ranks.
It was day one on the job for new assistants Matthew Primus and Mark Riley.
“Different philosophies different way of doing things different vernacular but essentially the game is made up of three parts when we have got the ball when they have got it and when the ball is neutral.”
