A 25-year-old man remains in a critical condition in John Hunter Hospital after being pulled from the water near Caves Beach late yesterday.
Emergency services worked to save the man on the beach before rushing him to hospital.
It’s believed he was with a group of friends, when he got into trouble in the water.
