The Gwandalan-Summerland Point Action Group is taking the state planning minister to court, in a bid to prevent housing developments at Gwandalan and Catherine Hill Bay.
It’s trying to have a piece of planning legislation removed, and if the move succeeds, it would have implications for development across New South Wales.
