A man will appear in court today over several traffic and drug offences after he was searched by police at Bonny Hills on the mid-north coast.
The 37-year-old was arrested after he was allegedly caught driving without licence on Bonny View Drive just before 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon.
Police searched his car and found a tomahawk, cash and illegal drugs.
Shortly after, they searched his home on Bonny View Drive and allegedly found a shotgun, ammunition and a stolen boat and trailer.
He was refused bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on five separate charges.
