MINISTER PLEDGES FUNDING FOR HUNTER SCHOOLS, IF ELECTED

The Baird Government has pledged $28-million to upgrade 14 high schools in the Hunter and Central Coast, if re-elected.

Francis Greenway at Beresfield would receive 1.1-million, mainly to revamp the entrance.

“Some of these school’s have been built many decades ago, it’s an opportunity to mix that up change its appearance, but also some of the learning spaces in the school.”

The minister also announced $5-million for new classrooms at Bolwarra Public.
