A girl in her 20s is lucky to be alive after an early morning crash at Port Stephens.
Emergency services were called to Lemon Tree Passage at around 3:30 on Sunday morning, after reports a young woman has been seriously injured in motor-vehicle accident.
The 21-year-old was flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition.
