A 17-year-old boy has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, after falling from a stationary truck at Forster.
The Sydney teen was on work experience when he slipped on a step while existing the truck’s cabin.
He suffered head injuries and is in a critical condition.
