WOMAN STABLE AFTER FALLING FROM HORSE DURING TRACK WORK

A 30-year-old woman has been flown to hospital after she fell from a horse on the state’s mid north coast.

The woman was doing track work on a property at Rainbow Flat north of Forster on Sunday morning, when she fell from the horse and was trampled.

She’s been flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
