Police have seized explosives, cannabis and a firearm during a property raid on the Central Coast.
Officers raided the Holgate premises following a tip-off cannabis was allegedly being grown on site.
The search uncovered 40 plants in various stages of maturity, a stick of explosive, ammunition and an air rifle.
A 27-year-old man was arrested.
He has been charged cultivating a prohibited plant possess ammunition with a
licence, and possess explosive for an unlawful purpose.
He will appear in court in February.
