It may not be the right weather for swimming, but the few that decided to get wet at Tuggerah’s new aquatic centre today had the whole pool to themselves.
The centre was declared open by Member for Dobell, Karen McNamara, in a ceremony yesterday, but was opened to the public today.
The aquatic centre will also be used as a recovery facility for the Central Coast Mariners.
Demolition on the Bryant Drive site is expected to continue next month, to make way for more development.
