This afternoon Nationals candidate Barnaby Joyce responded to Mr Windsor’s stance on the gay marriage debate.
“He didn’t want the electorate to have their say on a carbon tax, he didn’t want the electorate to have their say on whether they supported Miss Gillard, Mr Swan, and the greens to be the Government or the coalition to be the Government, but now he has had an epiphany and he does want to start talking to his electorate.”
Mr Joyce says he doesn’t support gay marriage or a referendum.
