The move from the east coast to Western Australia has paid off for basketballer, Nick Kay.
The Tamworth product will now play in the NBL grand final, following the Perth Wildcats two-nill series sweep over the Brisbane Bullets.
Kay recorded his 13th double-double of the season last night, scoring 16-points in the Wildcats 84 to 79 win.
Game one is on March 8, with the Wildcats hosting either the Sydney Kings or Melbourne United.
