RAISING AWARENESS FOR MEN’S HEALTH

Mental health was front and centre at a forum at Hamilton led by the founder of a not-for-profit organisation, with a rather cheeky name.

The aim – to get men talking – and save lives.

“To get guys having a conversation. I think we’ve all got a lot of pressure, a lot of frustration, a lot of anger – I think all guys can relate to that – although we may not talk about it inside and that doesn’t necessarily help, we want guys to start being themselves.”

The movement currently hosts weekly events in Queensland, which it aims to bring to Newcastle.
