HAMILTON HAWKS HOST MICK ‘WHALE’ CURRY MEMORIAL SEVENS

The Hamilton Hawk’s rugby union club has once again put on a successful Mick Curry Memorial Cup sevens tournament, attracting men’s and women’s teams from across the state.
In the final of the men’s Country division, Nelson Bay came from behind to beat the Hawks 33 points to 21, while Sydney’s Warringah Rats claimed the Premier women’s title.
In the Premier men’s grand final, Gordon beat Eastern Suburbs 22 points to 17.
