SWIMMER DROWNS AT MID NORTH COAST BEACH

A man has drowned while swimming at Boomerang Beach on the Mid North Coast.

It’s understood the man had been swimming between the flags at the popular holiday spot, when he was pulled from the water at around 2 o’clock.

Emergency crews attempted to revive the man, however he was pronounced dead at the scene.
