A few words of support for all those opposed to the construction of yet another concrete box monument to corporate greed. Maleny didn’t need or want one, and for the very same reasons (cultural, environmental and economic) your town doesn’t need the corporate bully either. We, as a community, tried very hard for years to prevent this travesty of justice being foist upon our town. Sadly, we failed but you’ve got the opportunity, the will and the benefit of our experience to win a significant victory, for your lovely town and for small business and small communities everywhere. Well done Mullum – keep up the good work.
