Fire crews have spent much of the afternoon working to extinguish a blaze burning at a car wreckers yard in the Hunter Valley.
It’s understood the fire started just after midday at the business on Common Road at Muswellbrook.
Three trucks were tasked to the scene, with 38 wrecked vehicles destroyed as well as an excavator.
No injuries have been reported.
