Lake Macquarie residents are being asked for ideas on how to make their communities greener.
Council is looking to maintain at least 55 per cent native vegetation across the LGA, as well as improving the health of local waterways.
“It’s very clear to us that the community really values the environment, and places a great deal of importance on it,” says Acting Sustainability Manager, Chris Harle.
