TAMWORTH SQUARE RALLYING DONATIONS FOR RURAL AID

A Tamworth shopping centre is doing what it can to help local farmers.

Country music artists will ‘busk’ at the Tamworth Square from 10am to 2pm daily, raising funds for Rural Aid.

It’s part of a national campaign to help our primary producers get back on their feet.

“We’ll be donating those, matching those funds $1 for $1 up to $115,000 so our target across the 18 participating centres is a total donation of $230,000 which equates to about 11,500 bales of hay.”

You can catch the live entertainment until next Saturday.
