After being out of action for almost a year, Coraki’s Campbell Hospital will re-open for primary health care.
From August 20, an Urgent Care Facility will begin operating on the hospital grounds.
“It will be servicing patients with fevers with sprains and general unwellness.”
The facility has been established on a trial basis, while the health board finalises its Clinical Services Strategic Plan.
“This is to try and make sure that some services are available in Coraki while the planning is still being undertaken.”
The centre will operate from Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.
