Emergency services are at the scene of a two car accident at Bexhill near Lismore.
The crash happened at around 12:30 this afternoon on Bangalow Road, near the intersection of Boat Harbour Road.
One of the drivers has been flown to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
The driver of the second car, a 60-year-old man, has been treated at the scene.
Alternating traffic flow is now in place, however motorists are advised to avoid the area.
