Michael Allan Jacobs, the man charged with the murder of highway patrol officer
David Rixon, will be arraigned in the Supreme Court in Sydney on December 7.
Jacobs appeared before Tamworth Local Court by audio visual link this morning, as Mr Rixon’s family watched on in the public gallery.
Senior Constable Rixon was shot dead during a routine traffic stop in March.
