Two men have been charged in relation to an aggravated robbery in Wingham last month.
Police say the pair entered a shed on Summerville Street just after 1am on Friday July 6 and attempted to steal two motorcycles before being approached by the residents.
It’s alleged the men assaulted the residents leaving them with multiple injuries before fleeing empty handed.
On Thursday August 2, a 25-year-old was arrested and charged with a string of offences including assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was refused bail to re-appear in Taree court tomorrow.
While a 26-year-old man faced court in Newcastle today.
