Beresfield lawn bowler Warren Shipley has scored a dominant victory in the final of the Les Parrott Memorial Singles.
Taking on Cardiff’s Matt Sargeant in one of the showpiece events of the 58th Mattara Carnival, Shipley raced out to an early lead.
Sargeant clawed back a few shots, but Shipley easily claimed the title 25 to 13.
