Work has resumed today at Wingham Beef Exports following last week’s industrial action.
Management locked the gates after workers walked off the job, over a pay dispute.
Employees want a 4 per cent wage rise and rejected an offer between 2.5 and 3.75 per cent.
Both sides have agreed to drop their action and resume negotiations.
