THREE INJURED IN RAMORNIE HCP RACE DAY FALL

Meanwhile, three jockeys are recovering from a horrific fall at the Ramornie Handicap race meeting in Grafton.

Pulling into the straight…turned disastrous in race five yesterday.

“There’s a fall there’s a bad fall”

“As a consequence of that a horse lost its footing and fell, two horses fell over the top and the first horse that fell unfortunately injured its shoulder and he was euthanised.”

Ben Looker, Josh Adams and Jake Hull were transported to hospital with minor injuries.

“All have been discharged this morning so no life threatening injuries, no career threatening injuries.”
