A truck driver has been charged with dangerous and negligent driving, after a fatal four-vehicle crash in the Hunter, earlier this year.
The May 10 crash on the New England Highway at Beresfield claimed the life of a 30 year old man from Ellalong – and involved the truck, a ute and two cars.
The 55-year-old driver was today charged over the incident, he’ll face Maitland Local Court in November.
