49-YEAR-OLD WOMAN AIRLIFTED TO HOSPITAL AFTER SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH

A 49-year-old woman remains in a critical condition after a single vehicle accident in South Grafton this morning.

The woman was travelling along Rushforth Road when her car hit a power pole just after 8:30am.

She was airlifted to the Gold Coast Hospital with head injuries.

A 7-year-old boy, also travelling in the car, was taken to Grafton Base Hospital with minor injuries.
