Police have released frightening new details about the way Sydney mail thieves are working with international crime syndicates to commit identity theft.
Officers have released CCTV, hoping members of the public can identify people in the footage.
It appears apartment blocks close to railway stations are prime targets.
Police have launched the Mail Safe campaign today, together with Crime Stopppers.
