There’s set to be further traffic disruptions in Newcastle’s CBD with $40-million worth of road projects about to get underway.
10 intersections, from Wickham to Civic Park, will be upgraded as part of the light rail build.
Work will start immediately on two intersections – including the Darby and King street upgrade…
While construction on the remaining eight will begin over the next few months.
