All Stars rugby league returns to the region this weekend,with top indigenous players taking on the pick of the Newcastle competition.
The Newcastle All Stars are hoping to claim bragging rights, after last year’s inaugural game ended in a 22-all draw.
The day also acts as an opportunity to celebrate local diversity within the game.
Saturday’s clash kicks off at 3pm at St Johns Oval, with the women’s league tag clash starting proceedings at midday
