A woman has been charged with dangerous and negligent driving occasioning death after a fatal car crash on the Pacific Highway near Taree in August 2017.
The 18 year old woman allegedly drove up the wrong side of the highway before colliding head on with another vehicle.
A 69 year old male driver, and sole occupant of that vehicle died at the scene.
The woman will appear at Forster Local Court on the 7th of March.
