Workers at a recently opened coffee shop on Manning street, arrived to start their day, only to find the shop filled with black smoke around five this morning.
Early reports suggests the blaze started in a fridge at the back of the Komune cafe – which only opened six weeks ago.
Police are investigating, however the owners say it’s now just a process of insurance and they hope to get back to brewing coffee as soon as possible.
