Tamworth Fire and Rescue crews have been tasked to three fires within a 24-hour period, two of which are now being treated as suspicious.
Crews were called to a Cole Road home in West Tamworth at around 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon..
They then returned to West Tamworth for another house fire on Bourne Street at 3-o’clock this morning.
Both properties were significantly damaged – police are investigating whether or not the fires are linked.
Fortunately no one was home at the time of either fire.
