Two venues on Keen Street in Lismore have been fined $5000 for not complying with public health orders.
Police were called to the Rous Hotel on Friday night following reports a 20-year-old woman had been glassed.
Police allege staff failed to remove the highly intoxicated person who glassed the woman, while other patrons were not seated and were mingling between groups.
As part of ongoing inspections police attended the Golan Hotel on Saturday, where it’s alleged patrons weren’t signing in or social distancing.
