A derelict house at Stockton has been badly damaged by fire overnight.
Fire fighters were called to the two-storey property on Crown Street, around 12:20 this morning.
It took crews around 40 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
Fortunately they were able to stop it from spreading to nearby homes.
