A man’s body has been discovered in a shed that was destroyed by fire near Lake Macquarie.
Emergency services arrived at the property on Stockton Street in Morisset at around 2:30am, to find the shed well alight.
The blaze was extinguished, and the body of a man – believed to be living at the property – was found inside.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are continuing.
