Venezuelan midfielder Ronald Vargas is on a plane, bound for Newcastle.
As reported on NBN News last night, he’s joined the Jets as their marquee.
It’s believed he’s the second-highest paid player in the clubs history – so unsurprisingly, there’s big expectations.
Vargas will be at training on Monday – although it’s unclear when he’ll hit the field.
