Two men have been injured, one seriously, after a crash in the Lake Macquarie region overnight.
Just after 7pm, a Proton hatchback and Ford Laser collided on Freemans Drive in Cooranbong.
The 22-year-old driver of the Ford is being treated for serious internal and leg injuries at the John Hunter hospital.
Meanwhile, the 19-year-old driver of the Proton is in the same hospital, suffering from internal injuries.
