THOUSANDS ATTEND ORARA VALLEY FAIR

In a welcome change from yesterday’s rain, sunny conditions greeted the thousands of people who visited the Orara Valley Fair today at Dairyville.

The event is an important fundraiser for local charities and service organisations.

“every bit of that money goes back into the not-for-profit organisations and local charities so it’s a platform to help a lot of people.”
The fair, which included a popular wood chopping competition and an exhibition of vintage machinery, generated tens of thousands of dollars.
