Body of 61-year-old Newcastle paddleboarder Steve Wood found
A body has been found in the search for a man who was last seen paddleboarding at a NSW tourist spot.
Steve Wood, 61, disappeared after he went paddleboarding on Saturday morning near Crescent Head.
The Newcastle man’s board and paddle were later found by friends.
Police divers found a man’s body at Ryans Cut Creek at 3.20pm today.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner, NSW Police said.
