Brain cancer awareness is firmly in the spotlight this week, with the NRL hosting its Beanie for Brain Cancer round alongside the Mark Hughes Foundation.
And today it was the focus of a special fundraiser in Newcastle, organised by a group of high school mates, in memory of their beloved friend.
