A motorcycle rider is in a serious condition following a crash at Tumbi Umbi this afternoon.
The 46-year-old woman suffered a serious head injury, when her bike collided with a car on Tumbi Road and Bellevue Road.
It’s believed she was placed in an induced coma by a Careflight doctor to stabilise her condition at the scene, before she was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital.
