Bus stops in Newcastle’s CBD are on the move, ahead of construction on the city’s light rail network.
14 stops will be relocated from Hunter and Scott streets and transferred to King Street, Honeysuckle Drive and Wharf Road.
School bus stops will also be altered.
Revitalising Newcastle says the changes may free-up extra car parking spaces along Hunter Street, and will come into effect before light rail work begins, with the aim of avoiding confusion.
