4-YEAR-OLD GIRL AN UNRESTRAINED PASSENGER AS FATHER ALLEGEDLY RAMS OTHER VEHICLES

A Central Coast man has allegedly rammed his car into two other four wheel drives, while his four-year-old daughter was unrestrained in the vehicle.

Police responded to reports of vehicles being damaged on Joyce Avenue in Wyoming, about 7.30am yesterday.

They arrived to find two four wheel drives had been extensively damaged.

Police began patrolling the area, and around 11:15am they stopped a green Pajero in a fast food restaurant car park.

A 44-year-old driver was arrested, and a four-year-old girl was allegedly found unrestrained in the vehicle.

Police also allegedly seized synthetic cannabis from the vehicle.

The driver was charged with malicious damage, breaching an AVO, possessing prohibited drug, and drive with child not restrained.
