Round two of the Women’s Premier League was washed out this weekend, while just one game went ahead in the NPL, with Broadmeadow beating Weston 2-0.
Scott Pettit, Lawrence Foteff and Shane Paul combined to open the scoring for the Magic just after halftime.
Foteff then provided a perfect through-ball for James Virgili in stoppage time, as the former Jet sealed the win.
