FOUR CHARGED WITH HIGH RANGE DRINK DRIVING
Manning-Great Lakes Police say they’ve arrested four people for high-range drink driving, in just 24 hours.
One of those arrests include a 35-year-old man who tested four times over the legal alcohol limit.
While a 27-year-old man was arrested in Glenthorne this morning, with a reading of 0.193.
“Further investigations showed he was on a disqualified learners licence so he had never actually held a full licence and the most disappointing fact is he had three young children in the car,” Chief Inspector Christine George said.
Double demerits remain in force until Sunday night.
